How we track visitors to the web site

An IP address is the unique number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you log onto the Internet. As you enter the NCA’s site, our server records and monitors your IP address and uses it to develop aggregated statistical analysis. These analyses assist us in refining and adapting the content and design of our site. The use of IP addresses also enables us to prevent malicious Internet users from masquerading as other users.

How we use "Cookies"

A cookie is a piece of text or data that can be stored in the memory of your web browser. This data can only be retrieved by the server/domain that places the cookie. The NCA employs cookies for the following purposes:
  • To hold shopping cart data (items that you wish to purchase).
  • To enable automatic form validation/entry (if “remember me” is selected in site store).
  • To enable online polling (cookies allow us to limit a user’s response to one).
  • To compile statistics concerning items offered online.
The NCA NEVER stores financial or Credit Card data within cookies. Those who feel uncomfortable with cookie technology can disable cookies within their browser settings. NCA’s website is designed to operate with or without cookies. However, some functionality will be removed when cookies are disabled. Disabling cookies will prevent participation in online polling and could result in the loss of shopping cart information.

Recording information from "email this page to a friend"

If a user elects to use our referral service to inform a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s email address for the purpose of sending the requested information. The recipient may receive a few emails of interest, and their information will be purged in 60 days if they do not opt-in to further communications the NCA.

Once you have clicked on the “confirm purchase” button, it might not be possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please email us immediately to see if such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis:


Order(s) will be processed in our system within 24 hours from when it is received (excluding weekends or holidays). You should receive an email once your order has been processed. Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days when shipping to the lower 48 states. (US territories are shipped using USPS mail and there are no discounts available for shipping.) When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax and drop ship fees. Apparel and Merchandise Products are packaged and shipped separately and may take longer than other items in your order. Apparel and Merchandise is Printed On Demand and can take 2-7 Business Days For Production With the Exception During Holiday Seasons 4 – 10 business day production. Shipping within the lower 48 United States is done through UPS and USPS. With UPS shipping PO Box Addresses are not accepted. Shipping anywhere else outside of the lower 48 United States is provided by USPS.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on warehoused items only with a minimum order of $199 or more. Some items may be individually excluded from free shipping. These items will have a note in the description concerning this. Apparel and merchandise items are Printed OnDemand and shipped separately and do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping within the lower 48 United States is done through UPS and USPS. With UPS shipping PO Box Addresses are not accepted. Shipping anywhere else outside of the lower 48 United States is provided by USPS.

Returns Policy

We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that a return is necessary, please contact us at for return address and instructions for a full refund.

Oops! Our Mistake

If you have received merchandise that is defective, or was shipped in error, we will supply you with a special package return label. Using this label will allow you to return the merchandise at no cost to you. Please be sure to include with your package any appropriate paperwork, such as the packing slip which accompanied your order. We will then replace the item or credit your account accordingly.
