Order(s) will be processed in our system within 24 hours from when it is received (excluding weekends or holidays). You should receive an email once your order has been processed. Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days when shipping to the lower 48 states. (US territories are shipped using USPS mail and there are no discounts available for shipping.) When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax and drop ship fees. Apparel and Merchandise Products are packaged and shipped separately and may take longer than other items in your order. Apparel and Merchandise is Printed On Demand and can take 2-7 Business Days For Production With the Exception During Holiday Seasons 4 – 10 business day production.
Shipping within the lower 48 United States is done through UPS and USPS. With UPS shipping PO Box Addresses are not accepted. Shipping anywhere else outside of the lower 48 United States is provided by USPS.
Free shipping is available on warehoused items only with a minimum order of $199 or more. Some items may be individually excluded from free shipping. These items will have a note in the description concerning this.

If you have received merchandise that is defective, or was shipped in error, we will supply you with a special package return label. Using this label will allow you to return the merchandise at no cost to you. Please be sure to include with your package any appropriate paperwork, such as the packing slip which accompanied your order. We will then replace the item or credit your account accordingly.
